This four-day summit will focus on three key themes:

The Global Jewish Educators Summit of the Ministry of Diaspora Affairs and Combating Antisemitism will bring together Jewish educators from Israel and around the world, creating a space for shared learning, meaningful connections, and inspiration.
Why is the conference taking place?
The conference is founded on the recognition that Jewish educators play a central role in shaping the future of Jewish education and the future of the Jewish people, while strengthening Jewish communities around the world.
It offers a unique educational and communal experience that brings together learning, inspiration, connection, and belonging, with the goal of deepening Jewish identity, strengthening participants' sense of purpose and shared responsibility, and recognizing the profound contribution that educators make to Jewish life.
The conference also reflects the State of Israel's commitment to supporting Jewish educators worldwide, strengthening their professional and educational leadership, and deepening the partnership between Israel, Jewish communities across the globe, and the educators who help shape our shared future.
What will take place at the summit?
A Personal Journey
Each participant will be invited to reflect on their identity, their mission, and their contribution to shaping the future of Jewish education.
Peer Learning
A gathering of educators from Israel and around the world, enabling the sharing of knowledge, experience, and field-based challenges, while developing a shared educational language.
A Global Network of Partnership
Strengthening connections to Israel, the Jewish people, and Jewish educators worldwide, based on a shared sense of responsibility, ongoing relationships, and continued educational collaboration beyond the conference itself.
How will it happen?
The conference offers an educational model in which participants experience the very process they seek to create for their students: identity-based learning, Beit Midrash (a traditional Jewish learning space), encounters with reality, and reflection — as a holistic experience that connects content, meaning, and action.
The conference is built around three foundational concepts representing the
educator’s inner journey:
Who am I ? → What story do I belong to? → How do I pass it on?
